Vocalist/songwriter Ben Demerath is globally recognized for his impeccable acoustic abilities and among the finest tenors in the folk and bluegrass picture. In 1992, Demerath produced the original bluegrass clothing SugarBeat with renowned banjo participant Tony Furtado, vocalist Sally Truit, and mandolinist Matt Flinner. They disbanded four years afterwards and Demerath discovered himself scoring monitors for another solo work. He soon installed with fellow bluegrass instrumentalist Mike Marshall to finally concern his debut Jack port of Fools in early 2000.
