Biography
Natives of South Central L.A., the hip-hop spirit trio Before Dark included vocalists/dancers Mia, Jeni, and Arike; their singles “Baby” and “Arrive Correct” had been released in 1999, getting the group on Spirit Train. The singles made an appearance well before their debut recording, Daydreamin’, which after very much hold off was finally released in the summertime of 2000.
