The Beers Family members was a normal folk group active between 1958 and 1972, led by Bob Beers (b. 1920 — d. May 26, 1972) and offering his wife Evelyne and their little girl Martha (who became a member of in 1964). They performed traditional Scots-Irish music on traditional musical instruments just like the psaltery. In 1966, they started hosting the Fox Hollow Celebration on their plantation within the Berkshires. Bob Beers was wiped out in an car accident in 1972, but his wife and little girl continued to execute also to stage the celebration.
