Chicago-based singer/songwriter and previous frontman for the indie rock clothes Wolfie and so on Youthful, J.A. Ziemba crafts elaborate pop music that mix the grime and grit of garage area rock using the melodic disposition from the Seaside Boys. Formed half a year after Ziemba and his wife divorced, Beaujolais became initial a sounding plank and an electric outlet for the myriad feelings that trailed in the wake from the parting. The resulting Like at Thirty, which chronicled the doomed romantic relationship from its amiable origins to its unavoidable conclusion, premiered on Parasol Information in 2008.
