Biography

Beatnik Beatch was a four-member pop/rock and roll band from SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. They produced one record, that was released in 1987 with the unbiased label Industrial beneath the title On the Zulu Seaside. In 1988, a modified version from the record, deleting five monitors and adding four others, premiered by Atlantic Information beneath the name Beatnik Beatch. The group split up, and Andy Sturmer (drums, vocals) and Roger Manning (keyboards) shaped the more lucrative Jellyfish.
