Beagle

Beagle was a Swedish acoustic guitar pop quintet led by vocalist/songwriter Magnus Borjeson and guitarist Calle Hakansson. Officially shaped in 1991 following its people met in college, Beagle secured an archive deal on the effectiveness of the 1st two demo tracks it documented. Sound on Sound premiered in 1992 and helped kick begin the Swedish acoustic guitar pop picture, but following its follow-up, 1993’s harder-edged Within, the music group broke up credited mainly to a lack of cohesion. Borjeson and another Beagle member shaped a new music group called Favorita.
