Beachheads

A Norwegian indie rock and roll quartet motivated by punk and power pop rings from the 1980s and early ’90s, Beachheads were founded in 2015 throughout the abilities of vocalist Børild Haughom, drummer Espen Kvaløy, bassist Marvin Nygaard, and guitarist Vidar Landa, the last mentioned two of whom also played in the Stavanger-based dark metal party music group Kvelertak. They released the debut 7″ “Darkness of a guy” and “ESCAPE” soon after developing, providing up a fuzzy and spirited 21st hundred years undertake Hüsker Dü and Teenage Fanclub. Even more singles dropped the next yr, and in early 2017 Beachheads released their eponymous debut long-player via the Oslo-based underground label Fysisk Format.
