Bazart

Produced in Ghent, Belgium in 2012 by vocalist Mathieu Terryn and guitarist Simon Nuytten, the group Bazart was fleshed away by bassist Tom Goovaerts, drummer Robbe Vekeman, and guitarist/keyboardist Oliver Symons. Their self-released debut EP, Meer Dan Ooit, made an appearance that same calendar year and noticed the band providing a variety of Flemish-sung indie pop. After touring European countries as well as the eventual substitute of Goovaerts with Daan Schepers, the group released their self-titled follow-up EP in 2015, which highlighted the monitors “Tunnels” and “Goud” — both reached the Flemish Ultratop 50. The group released the one “Chaos” in middle-2016, again striking the Ultratop 50, which preceded the discharge of their debut record, Echo. The greater electronic-sounding work debuted at number 1 over the Flemish Ultratop 200 graph.
