Batusis

The Batusis certainly are a tough, rowdy, rock & roll music group fronted by two hard-bitten, guitar-wielding survivors from the times before punk rock was called punk rock. The Batusis are fronted by Cheetah Stainless, guitarist using the Deceased Children and Rocket in the Tombs, and Sylvain Sylvain, guitarist with the brand new York Dolls; despite their many years of knowledge, the group has fresh, full of energy music that mementos classic rock and roll & roll design without rehashing what Stainless and Sylvain possess accomplished before. Stainless and Sylvain are longtime close friends who, in ’09 2009, finally discovered the time to construct a recording task, naming the group following the clumsy dance Adam Western world performed over the Batman tv series. Teaming up with bassist Enzo Penizzotto and drummer Thommy Cost (both on mortgage from Joan Jett’s Blackhearts), the music group went in to the studio room with maker Ken Coomer and lower a four-song EP, offering three rollicking unique amounts and a cover of “Blues Theme” by Davie Allan. Smog Veil Information released the Batusis EP in-may 2010, as well as the music group set out on the 1st U.S. tour in support; for the street trip, Penizzotto and Cost were changed by Sean Koos (ex-Blackhearts) on bass and Lez Warner (from the Cult) on drums.
