Relating to Battershell singer/guitarist Tammy Lynn, their appear is a combined mix of country lyrics with punk music. While it isn’t really entirely accurate, the trio (which also contains Jamie R. Baker on bass and vocals, and Charlie Lauth on drums) produces a sound much like Veruca Sodium, but is more difficult and unpredictable. Created in the middle-’90s in NEW YORK, the band started rehearsing and playing; quickly Ng Information became thinking about their nice alterna-pop, and authorized the music group in 1995. Following the release from the EP Gorgeous Princess of Spit in the same 12 months, the group started touring the country (including an appearance at the favorite Foundations Forum display in 1996) and building their group of fans. By January 1997, that they had released their full-length debut, Welcome to Popopia, including some noteworthy acoustic guitar playing from Tammy Lynn. Affected by such acoustic guitar greats as Scotty Moore, Johnny Money, Ace Frehley, and Jimmy Web page, Lynn is a good guitarist in her very own right, often discovering unforgettable and melodic electric guitar solos.
