Barbara Jean English


Barbara Jean British was an associate of the favorite New Jersey gal group the Clickettes and recorded many pop-soul edges together in the past due ’50s and ’60s. She came back within the ’70s to record two albums of lushly created soul having a focus on sensual ballads. Following a short hiatus, she re-teamed using the Clickettes within the ’90s to tour the oldies circuit.
