Biography
After awkwardly splitting up Tesla in 1996, lead vocalist Jeff Keith and guitarist Tommy Skeoch wished to continue on using the blues-based really difficult rock sound of the prior band. Ultimately recruiting Ray Hinkley (electric guitar), Denis Bostok (drums), and Steve Smith (bass) — the last mentioned of both were previously of Fire — the Sacramento-based Club7 led to 1998. Another 2 yrs would be used on the street before Sindrome Information released Club7’s debut full-length THE PLANET Is really a Freak in 2000.
