Balance & Composure

Produced in 2007 following the breakup of two local Doylestown, Pa bands, Equalize & Composure is normally made up of Jon Simmons (guitar, vocals), Andy Slaymaker (guitar, vocals), Erik Petersen (guitar), Matt Warner (bass), and Bailey Truck Ellis (drums), most of whom had been familiar numbers on the neighborhood indie scene. Developing a highly effective, muddy, emo, hardcore post-grunge audio, the music group released the I SIMPLY Desire to be Pure EP in 2008, chasing it up with another EP, Just Boundaries, in ’09 2009. A debut full-length, Parting, made an appearance in 2011, implemented in 2013 by THE ITEMS We Believe We’re Lacking, the latter which reached amount 51 over the Billboard Best 200. 2016’s Light We Produced, the band’s much-anticipated third studio room long-player, saw Stability & Composure incorporating digital elements to their sound.
