Baby Elephant

The brainchild of unorthodox hip-hop producer Prince Paul, Baby Elephant features Paul, his longtime collaborator Newkirk, and his longtime hero Bernie Worrell. Paul have been a lover of Parliament/Funkadelic since he was an adolescent and had lengthy hoped to utilize the rings’ keyboardist, Worrell. He previously sampled Worrell’s function a long time before he fulfilled the man, you start with the little bit of P-Funk he lowered on De La Soul’s traditional recording 3 Feet Large and Rising. Both finally fulfilled while advertising the 2005 documentary Stranger: Bernie Worrell on the planet. Striking it off from the start, both roped in Newkirk, known as some visible friends for visitor appearances, and started focusing on Baby Elephant’s debut recording. David Byrne, George Clinton, non-a Hendryx, and Yellowman had been a number of the titles that landed for the oddball Switch My Tooth Up! which strike the racks in Sept of 2007.
