San Francisco’s Baby Carrot was originally shaped in 1992. Acquiring their cue from such disjointed alt-pop messiahs as Pavement, Superchunk, and Sonic Youngsters, the group continues to be known to increase their sonic palette every once in awhile — incorporating secrets, violin, and split guitars in to the blend. Their past due-’90s lineup contains Dave Power on vocals/acoustic guitar, Andy Chapman on bass, and Dennis Galway on drums, but by middle-2000, Galway was changed by previous Portland, OR, citizen Oren Williams. Baby Carrot offers issued many singles and made an appearance on several compilations over time, in addition to issuing the double-disc arranged Day Road 1992-1996. 2001 noticed their first genuine full-length launch, Play EACH DAY, issued independently Some Guy Outside label.
