B.Q.E.

Vocal group B.Q.E. (brief for Brooklyn Queens Expressway) shaped in Glen Oaks, Queens, NY, USA, during 1985, and attemptedto track the a cappella and doo-wop noises of the 60s antecedents. Angelo Termini (tenor), Jason Lemaro (tenor), Luther Rucker (baritone) and Jerry Pilgrim (tenor) all distributed lead position, with Les Levine on bass. The music group was agreed upon to Starlight Information by Bob Kretchmar after he noticed their live edition from the Tokens’ ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ on an area radio place.
