Several veteran rock music artists based away of Sacramento, CA, Axe Guys made sort of cottage industry away of turning well-known rock and roll music into parody endorsements of Barack Obama during Obama’s run for the presidency in 2008, launching game titles like “Barack of Age range,” “Barack YOU PREFER a Hurricane,” and “B-A-R-A-C-K in america” during Obama’s candidacy. Associates of the music group, Jeff Tamelier (electric guitar and vocals), Donny Baldwin (drums and vocals), Glenn Letsch (bass), Rolf Hartley (lead vocal), Michael Finnigan (lead vocal), and Bob Cedro (electric guitar), acquired previously performed stints with many successful rock serves, including Starship, Tower of Power, Robin Trower, and Gamma. An EP of the many Obama parodies, Barack’s Greatest Strikes, premiered by Gigatone Information in 2008, as was another EP, A CHILD Rock and roll EP, with four monitors that weren’t linked to the 44th Leader of america.
