Avec le Soleil Sortant de Sa Bouche

Canadian experimental rock and roll collective Avec le Soleil Sortant de Sa Bouche were shaped in Montreal by bassist/composer Jean-Sebastien Truchy. Previously an associate of important avant rockers Take a flight Skillet Am, Truchy enlisted guitarist Sebastien Fournier and drummer Nasir Hasan for his brand-new project, a generally instrumental music group that fused Krautrock and funk grooves with angular, experimental indie rock and roll. Over the next 2 yrs, the group created its audio, adding guitarist Eric Gringas (Take a flight Skillet Am, Pas Chic Chic!) and changing Hasan on drums with Samuel Bobony. Their particular art funk parts made them an ideal match for revered Montreal indie Constellation Information, home to Take a flight Skillet Am, indie instrumental giants Godspeed You! Dark Emperor, and a bunch of various other prominent, highly innovative Canadian serves. Their debut record, Zubberdust!, premiered by Constellation in past due 2014 and features two high-energy long-form parts filled with off-kilter electric guitar grooves, simple synth nuances, and periodic wordless vocal chants.
