Autour de Lucie

The People from france pop outfit Autour de Lucie started in Paris in early 1993, when angelic chanteuse Valérie Leulliot met guitarist Olivier Durand while working odd jobs. Both decided they wished to make music rather than becoming a area of the operating course norm and created a music group, mimicking famous brands some of a common artists. The music group welcomed bassist Fabrice Dumont afterwards that springtime and Autour de Lucie inked a cope with the Le Community Vert label, finding your way through their leading debut L’Échapée Belle (1994). Whirlwind adjustments within the music group took place during the period of 3 years with Jean-Pierre Ensuque changing Durand in 1995. A season afterwards, Autour de Lucie shifted to Nettwerk and released a sophomore work entitled Immobile (1997). Travels throughout the world and an area on 1998’s Lilith Good also obtained Autour de Lucie a broad following, fervent enthusiasts dropping for the interesting European flair through the music group, and Leulliot’s elegant stage persona. The brand new millennium, however, described a more older, and spiritually in tune Autour de Lucie. Sébastien Buffet became a member of on percussion simply with time to record and concern the poetically dramatic Faux Mouvement in early 2001.
