Biography
Seattle threesome formerly referred to as the Automaton Experience Series recall Created to Spill, the uber-influential Sister-era Sonic Youngsters or Fugazi making use of their blend of sensible noise rock and roll and cynical poly-sci lyrics. The music group, comprising Pat Kearney (electric guitar, vocals), James truck Leuven (drums), and Chris Duryee (bass), produced in 1998 and released their first one on Galleon Essential. A full duration, the Phil Ek created futura transmitta, implemented in 1999 and was co-released on Galleon Essential and Satellite television Transmissions, an indie-label carefully from the underground fanzine Skyscraper. In 2000 they slipped the large ‘Experience Series’ and became just Automaton (that is also the name of the mid-90s Expenses Laswell task, confusingly). Clarions and Banners arrived in 2002 on PacifiCo with Phil Ek and Steve Wold once again as engineers.
