Asza

ASZA can be an acoustic outfit steeped in traditional globe music that formed in the 1990s. The music group includes and combines different globe instruments and designs into initial compositions aswell as existing traditional tunes. The group includes newest member, bassist Laurence Mollerup, Chinese language pipa virtuoso Qiu Xia He, Urugayian percussionist Joseph “Pepe” Danza, oud and percussion expert from Quebec, Andre Thibault, and composer and multi-instrumentalist Randy Raine-Reusch. All associates of ASZA, actually, are multi-instrumentalists — the group uses over 60 musical instruments, typically, during each functionality. ASZA’s self-titled debut documenting premiered in 1995 and eventually nominated for Juno and Pacific Music Sector Honours. The Canadian group provides performed with an array of groupings from Cirque du Soleil to Aerosmith, symphony orchestras to Strunz and Farah, and toured THE UNITED STATES and Asia. After among their enthusiastically received shows in Southeast Asia, ASZA became the main topic of a prime-time Television particular in Vietnam.
