Ash Black Bufflo

Portland musician Jay Clarke (the typical, Dolorean) started building music beneath the pseudonym Ash Dark Bufflo in the first 2000s. Under this alias, Clarke, who also offers played concert events with Grails and Holy Sons, requires a break from indie/post-rock and specializes in dense soundtrack music with an electric slant. After credit scoring the 2010 documentary Marwencol, Clarke completed his debut Ash Dark Bufflo record, Andasol, that was released in 2011 by Brooklyn’s Knitting Stock Records.
