In ’09 2009, electro-techno picture veterans Kenny Glasgow and Jonny White teamed up to create the Toronto home duo Art Section. The collaboration came into being when Damian Lazarus asked both roommates to remix Riz MC’s “Don’t Sleep” for his Crosstown Rebels label. Recognizing a particular camaraderie that produced their music-making procedure easy and effective, the duo continuing recording, eventually discovering their debut one, “Without You,” a shock smash that dominated dancefloors and worldwide charts in the summertime of 2010. Traveling that achievement, Glasgow and Light returned towards the studio room and quickly banged out even more tracks that constructed the majority of 2011’s The Sketching Board, a fantastic 75-minute debut.
