Arnold Dreyblatt

Arnold Dreyblatt’s compositions have already been documented for such leading avant-garde music labels as Head wear Hut, Tzadik and Desk of Elements. THE BRAND NEW York native analyzed film and video at SUNY with Woody and Steina Vasulka, and gained his masters from your Institute for Press Research. In the middle-’70s, he analyzed structure with Pauline Oliveros and LaMonte Adolescent, then discovered from Alvin Lucier until obtaining his experts in structure in 1982. By that point, Dreyblatt had recently been directing his personal music ensemble, the Orchestra of Excited Strings, for 3 years. In 1984, he transferred to European countries where, furthermore to composing, he started using text messages and pictures in his installations and shows.
