Archetype

Brecksville, OH’s Archetype was shaped in 1997 by singer Greg Wagner, guitarist Chris Matyus, bassist Jamie Still, and drummer Keith Zeigler. Acquiring their cues from both intensifying and power metallic strains, and bolstered by Wagner’s effective, expressive tone of voice, the music group debuted with 1999’s Hands of your time EP and finally adopted it with 2002’s full-length Dawning.
