Aqualads

The Aqualads met up in 1997 under their original moniker from the Big Swinging Hammers while playing out their group of ’60s browse rock instrumentals throughout their local of Charlotte, NC. Having a live arranged that partially includes addresses and their support go-go dancers the Aquanettes, the rings first official launch was a 1998 Xmas 7″ aptly entitled Aqualads XMAS. After hook lineup switch that remaining guitarist Jimmy Ruler as the just initial Aqualads member, all of those other quartet contains Greg Walsh (acoustic guitar), Colin LaRocque(drums), and Jeremy DeHart (bass). Immediately after this resolved lineup was total, the band ultimately released their debut recording, entitled Hotbox, in 1999. Their second recording, Revenge, quickly adopted the next 12 months.
