Salsa vocalist Anthony Cruz was created in NJ, footsteps from the simmering NY salsa picture. As a kid of just five, Cruz recognized himself via skill shows and tournaments being a sonero to view. He began functioning shortly thereafter, performing coro for Pedro Conga y Su Orquesta Internacional, in addition to singing periods for Roberto Lugo, Pedro Arroyo, and Mario Ortiz, to mention several. He was agreed upon to the Musical Productions label, launching his single debut, Algo Nuevo, in 1990. The disk went gold, producing radio strikes like “Si Supieras” and “Tu Traicion.” Cruz’s follow-up discharge, Em fun??o de Ti in 1993, produced some airplay, but experienced considerably less achievement than its forerunner. Cruz’s third self-titled discharge featured the favorite melody “Cuanto Te Amo,” obtaining him back over the charts following a six-year slump. Una Vez Mas premiered in 1998, and was fulfilled again with curiosity if not amazing sales. Lacking a solid fan base in the us, Cruz spent another time frame touring thoroughly throughout Latin America. Among few artists that has remained with one label in most of his documenting profession, Cruz released two even more information with Musical Productions, El Nuevo Amanecer in 2002 and Em fun??o de Mi Gente in 2007. The previous generated a great deal of radio play through 2003 and 2004 with music like “Que Bombon” and “Ven.”
