Antenna Shoes

Tim Regan is a busy, busy man. Together with his tenure in two different rings in two different metropolitan areas — he’s the keyboardist and co-lead vocalist in the Memphis-based neo-psychedelic clothing Snowglobe and a touring electricity participant in Austin’s chipper twee popsters Oh No! Oh My! — the Memphis, TN-based multi-instrumentalist offers his personal full-time task, a semi-electronic chamber pop music group called Antenna Sneakers. Regan began Antenna Sneakers in 2005 while on a short-term hiatus from Snowglobe, where period he also performed keyboards on Sparklehorse’s Dreamt for Light Years in the Stomach of a Hill. The 1st Antenna Shoes recording, The Nice Gambler, was documented with Regan managing nearly all instruments, alongside efforts (including strings and brass) from numerous friends. To be able to tour behind the recording, Regan come up with a stable edition of Antenna Sneakers offering himself on vocals and a number of keyboard devices, guitarist Luke Wright, guitarist and second keyboardist Steve Selvidge, trumpeter and flute participant Nahshon Benford, bassist Brandon Robertson, and drummer Paul Taylor.
