Angel Kaplan

Angel Kaplan is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist located in the town of Gijón, Spain. He initial became known in Spain’s underground picture as the first choice of power pop group Bubblegum, which produced in 2000. He also was the bassist for Spanish garage area action Doctor Explosion and in 2007 became the bass participant for American garage area symbols the Cynics. He produced his single debut in 2008 using the self-released mini-LP Transparent Dayze, which combined the energy pop from his Bubblegum result with flourishes of soft psychedelia and lighter, melodic, folk-flavored pop. This year 2010, he released the Damaged Toys/Give thanks to You 7″ one on American indie Obtain Hip Records. Putting your signature on with Spanish pop indie SUNSHINEY DAY Records, Kaplan finished his first accurate full-length album, Images from days gone by, in early 2012.
