A member from the Royal Hawaiian Metal Acoustic guitar Hall Of Popularity And Museum, Andy Iona was among Hawaii’s most influential music artists. Furthermore to a huge selection of singles documented with his music group, Andy Iona And His Islanders, Iona documented using the Sol Hoopii Trio and, on March 24, 1937, with Louis Armstrong. Later on in 1937, Iona performed many displays with Cliff “Ukelele Ike” Edwards. Iona made an appearance in Songs FROM THE Isle, a pre-World Battle Two film starring Betty Grable.
