Andy Friedman

Andy Friedman began in the wonderful world of artwork and illustration, and later on moved into music. Created in Brooklyn, he graduated from your Rhode Island College of Design having a B.F.A. in painting. He began function in the mailroom of THE BRAND NEW Yorker in August 1998 and started slipping his personal cartoons in among the submissions; ultimately, the magazine began buying them, plus they had been published beneath the pseudonym Larry Hat. Friedman developed a career like a freelance illustrator.
