Andy David wrote the lyrics to a melody entitled “Tranquility” in 1973, his songwriting partner Dan Hart providing a melody. Barry McGuire slice the melody on his Seed products record and it became something of the anthem for the non-crusading sort of Christian rock and roll follower.
