András Adorján

This internationally acclaimed concert flutist is noted for his remarkable timbral modulations and expressive phrasing. In 1956, he relocated from Budapest to Denmark and initially took up the analysis of dentistry, getting his diploma in 1968. At exactly the same time, he began monitoring music using the famous Jean-Pierre Rampal along with Aurèle Nicolet. He earned the Jacob Gade Award in Copenhagen in 1968 as well as the Concours Internationale de Flûte laureate at Montreux. He started his international profession upon winning the very first grand award from the Concours International de Flûte in Paris in 1971. He provides served because the initial single flute for orchestras in Stockholm, Cologne, Baden-Baden, and Munich and in addition has played with a great many other symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles in celebrations at Ansbach, Divonne, Dubrovnick, Istanbul, Jerusalem, Korsholm, Kuhmo, Kusatsu, Lockenhaus, Montreux, Moscou, Newport, and Schleswig-Holstein. Adorján retains master classes across the world and was called a professor on the Köln (Cologne) Musikhochschule in 1987 with the München (Munich) Musikhochschule in 1996. Adorján provides re-discovered, edited, performed, and documented numerous forgotten functions by Franz Benda, Bloch, Danzi, Doppler, Hummel, Mercadante, Moscheles, Roman, Spohr, Zielche, and Zincks. He in addition has motivated and commissioned functions from many modern composers, including Georges Bartobeu, Gunnar Berg, Edison Denisov, Vagn Holmboe, Jan Koetsier, Noël Lee, Miklós Maros, Alfred Schnittke, and Sven Erik Werner. He provides documented over 80 albums.
