Anders & Poncia

Anders and Poncia are Peter Andreoli and Vinnie Poncia, who’ve worked primarily like a songwriting group because the early ’60s. They also have recorded at numerous times, using the Videls (“Mr. Lonesome,” quantity 73, 1960), so that as the Trade Winds (“New York’s a Lonesome Town,” quantity 32, 1965; “Mind Excursion,” quantity 51, 1966) as well as the Innocence (“There’s Surely got to Be a Term!” quantity 34, 1967; “Mairzy Doats,” quantity 75, 1967). They split by the end from the ’60s, as Poncia became an archive maker, but re-teamed in the middle-’70s.
