Luscious vocal harmonies made Amy Fradon and Leslie Ritter much-demanded session singers in the first 1980s. Their vocals had been noticed on recordings by Orleans, Rick Danko, John Sebastian, the Fantastic Rhinestones and Content & Artie Traum. Independently, the two vocalist/songwriters collaborated on six albums through the nine years that they worked well like a duo. Fradon — whose dad was a well-known cartoonist for New Yorker publication as well as the illustrator from the Brenda Starr comic remove — was the primary songwriter and business lead vocalist from the duo.
