Amy Annelle makes quietly beautiful music that blends Americana and sadcore designs, hushed vocals, highly poetical lyrics, and “present noises.” The Portland, OR, musician found the Northwest from Chicago, starting up with Portland “anti-rock” label Hush Information release a her debut record, Which One’s You, in 1999.
