Biography
Amnesia was essentially frontman Brad Laner, who was simply the driving power at the rear of the Los Angeles-based, substitute rock band Medication through several albums through the ‘90s. Going for a somewhat more eclectic route than his previous music group, Amnesia released Lingus in 1998 that highlighted string preparations by Beck’s dad. Unfortunately, the task netted even much less attention compared to the critically-acclaimed, commercially-ignored Medication and Amnesia continued to be an work relegated to some fringe audience.
