Amen Part was a Welsh R&B-tinged pop music group from the ’60s featuring singer Andy Fairweather Low, organist Blue Weaver, guitarist Neil Jones, bassist Clive Taylor, saxophonists Allen Jones and Mike Smith, and drummer Dennis Bryon. They obtained the to begin their six English chart strikes with “Gin Home” in the summertime of 1967. “(If Heaven Is) Fifty percent as Great” visited number 1 in early 1969.
