Amaduduzo

Visualize the polyphonic choral performing of Ladysmith Dark Mamazo established to a bluesy instrumental agreement featuring bass, drums and keyboards. This is the audio of Amaduduzo, a fourteen member group that documented an record, “Siyabamukela”, in 1989. With lyrics sung in Sotho, Zulu and British, the group took its name from the Sotho phrase signifying “The Consolers”. Business lead and tenor vocalists Ronnie Bodibe, Daniel Mgudiwa and David Khambule, keyboardist and bassist Danny Antrill and drummer Raymond Johnston sign up for with seven bass performers and two alto performers for the harmony-filled tribute with their Christian faith.
