Mike Stand (electric guitar, business lead vocals), Ric Alba (bass, vocals) and Jeff Crandall (drums, vocals) shaped the CCM hard rock and roll trio Altar Guys in the first ’80s; the music group released five albums before breaking up with the turn from the 10 years. Altar Guys’ self-titled debut premiered in 1984 from the Ministry Source Center. IF YOU ARE a Rebel made an appearance the next 12 months within the Damaged label, while Gut Level Music (1986) and Against the Grain (1987) adopted. The Altar Kids’ final studio room recording (four compilations also have made an appearance) was Forever Music (1989). The music group also released a video bundle, called Mercy IS EXACTLY WHAT We Cry For. Stand later on created the Clash of Icons, while Crandall became a worship pastor in Victorville, California.
