Among the best male jazz performers to emerge within the 1990s, Brooklyn-born and Harlem-based Allan Harris can be an award-winning vocalist that has been in comparison to Nat Ruler Cole, and whose abilities likewise incorporate guitarist, songwriter, professional, and manufacturer.
