The roots of county music were echoed from the performances and recordings of Alex Campbell, his sister, Ola Belle, and their band, the brand new River Boys. Showing up frequently on radio in Havre De Elegance, MD, and Pa, they brought their music to enthusiastic listeners for pretty much four years. Alex & Ola Belle inherited their musical skill from their dad, a school instructor who considered music and shaped a music group in 1910.
