Alex Cameron

Also called a member from the Sydney, Australia electronic act Seekae, Alex Cameron made a name for himself like a high-concept singer/songwriter. Cameron crafted the persona of the display biz hack — also called Alex Cameron — as a car for his wry electro-pop tunes about wish and failing. He originally released his debut record, Jumping the Shark, as a free of charge download on his retro-looking website in 2013, and Siberia Information issued the record on LP in 2014. Travels with Macintosh DeMarco, Kevin Morby, Unidentified Mortal Orchestra, and Foxygen elevated Cameron’s profile, and Secretly Canadian provided Jumping the Shark a wider discharge in 2016.
