Alesana

From Baltimore and solidifying its lineup in Raleigh, NC, Alesana shaped in October 2004 around guitarist/vocalist Shawn Milke, guitarist Patrick Thompson, vocalist Dennis Lee, bassist Steven Tomany, and drummer Daniel Magnuson. Their mixture of post-hardcore and metallic with pop hooks and earnest lyrics quickly flipped Alesana right into a fixture within their hometown picture, plus they became the 1st signing to regional indie Tragic Hero Information, liberating their debut EP, TRY OUT THIS with Your Eye Shut, in mid-June 2005.
