Alegria

Alegría was a sub-production from the celebrated Cirque du Soleil, that handled styles of power and its own corruption. Produced by Gilles St. Croix and aimed (at its inception, anyhow) by Franco Dragone, Alegría was initially witnessed in the first 1990s, and included a variety of characters, and several feats of overall performance, including trapeze, dance, pubs, high pub, and clowns. The music for the creation was made up by René Dupéré, and was initially captured on soundtrack in 1994 on RCA Victor. A re-release of stated soundtrack was offered around the Cirque’s in-house label in 2002, and included a set of new tracks documented in Sydney in 2001. In 1998, a film edition originated, and presented Whoopi Goldberg and Frank Langella. 2007 noticed the show summary a Western tour, and in 2008, the troupe performed in SOUTH USA, Africa, and Asia.
