Alberto Continentino

Brother from the music artists Kiko Continentino and Jorge Continentino and nephew of Leo Gandelman, Alberto Continentino used the guitar in nine as well as the electric powered bass in 13. His professional debut is at 1995, support Mauro Senise and Raul Mascarenhas. Within the next season, he participated in Milton Nascimento’s Nascimento, champion of the Globe Music Grammy of 1997. Alberto Continentino can be an associate of Caetano Veloso’s music group and participated in a number of festivals just like the JVC and Montreal Jazz Fest. Along with his brothers Kiko Continentino and Jorge Continentino, he shaped the trio Continentrio. In 2002, Continentino supported Luciana Souza in her shows at the Free of charge Jazz Celebration, in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
