Albertina Walker

Created the youngest of 9 kids on August 29, 1929 in Chicago, IL, Albertina Walker was raised for the south part and began singing as a kid at Westpoint Baptist Chapel. A whole lot of great gospel performers used to come quickly to her chapel: the Roberta Martin Performers, Sadie Durham, and Teacher Fyre.
