Ajico

Ajico were able to create a notable influence during their short stint in the J-rock picture. The music group was founded by Kenichi Asai, the frontman from the rockabilly action Blankey Jet Town, and vocalist UA, who led an effective solo profession; Asai composed the ballad “Strawberry Period” for UA’s record Turbo (1999), so when his very own main band divide in 2000, he made Ajico with UA, her drummer Kyoichi Shino, and Tokie of Rize. The group debuted using the one “Hadou” (2000), released by Speedstar Information, and in 2001 implemented it using the one “Utsukushii Koto” as well as the recording Fukamidori, released to rave evaluations. Ajico do a single tour advertising the recording, using the gigs recorded within the live Compact disc/Dvd and blu-ray Ajico Display, but from then on the members proceeded to go their separate methods, with Asai developing Jude and UA resuming her single career.
