Airhead

This engaging UK pop band comprised lyricist Michael Wallis (vocals), Steve Marshall (keyboards), Ben Kesteven (bass) and Sam Kesteven (drums). Marshall and Wallis was raised in Snodland, Kent, Britain. They had performed together in rings from 1987 onwards, but accomplished small until they became a member of using the Kesteven brothers. Preliminary demos prompted curiosity from the main labels, plus they had been initially authorized to WEA/Korova as the Apples in Sept 1990. Their preliminary single, ‘Great job’, premiered in Feb 1991, made by Lee Gorman (ex-Bow Wow Wow) who also created the music group’s second solitary, ‘Scrap Content’, where time that they had become Jefferson Airhead, influenced by Jefferson Aircraft. After objections from reps of Jefferson Aircraft’s record label, they truly became basically Airhead. Their debut recording, Boing, and its own catchy solitary, ‘Crazy How’, surfaced immediately after the name modification.
