Airhead

Getting into the Madchester scene on the tail end from the explosion, Airhead (originally referred to as Jefferson Airhead) resembled such rings as the Mock Turtles, the true People, and Blur in its start, instead of Madchester godfathers the Rock Roses and Happy Mondays. Lead vocalist and songwriter Michael Wallis led the music group through one record, 1992’s Boing!!, just before being lowered by their label. After an indie one on Mom Tongue, the music group known as it quits.
